30 Day Summer Booty Challenge

Even though the Winter just seems like it will not go away, summer is around the corner and then before you know it, people will be walking around in bikinis and shorts! Why not start right now before the heat comes? This post is for those of us who want to build a better booty and stronger legs that look good walking across the beach. This is a 30 day challenges and you can start whenever you are ready. For better results it is best to workout with weights to build muscle in your legs and butt, . When you start (especially if you are not used to doing squats) make sure you break up your workouts into reps so that you don't over exhaust yourself!
