30 Day Health Challenge by Chynesha








Hello Ladies and Gents!!

The ladies of Notorious Styles are doing a 30 day health challenge. Now some of you are probably thinking, why do a health challenge when the summer is over? Well because regardless of what season it is, your health should always be your number one priority of your life. I will provide with some options on what to eat and what not to eat. You will have to exercise 5 days out the week which will leave you with two rest days. You don't have to be in the gym to workout, you can go running, walking or do an at home workout. All you have to do is to take one hour out of your schedule, you can break up your hour workout throughout the day, if needed.  Some of your bodies will take some time to adjust to your eating habits but it will adjust very quickly. While you are on this diet, you must take your vitamins to make sure you are getting the right nutrients. The best way to stay committed to this task is to prep your meals the night before for the rest of the week. Also, you want to watch your portions, to get full faster, try to drink more than you eat. Snack twice a day with foods that contain water to keep you full throughout the day, also I recommend, (this isn't needed but it helps if you don't want to do it), in the mornings, start off with a detox tea.
